We want you to love your Dan & Phil merch, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Verify that your items are in their original condition and were purchased within the last 30 days. Note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or face masks cannot be returned.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including a note with your order number and contact details inside the parcel to help us identify your return quickly.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a tracked postal service to ensure it reaches us safely. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
